We purchased our first rental property in 2012. After securing our third property, we expanded into flipping homes while continuing to purchase and rent out our properties.
A common thread our friends and family began to notice was our “luck with tenants”. We explained to them it was not luck but our rigorous screening process and system we developed to find our A+ tenants. Before long, we were helping friends and family find tenants for their own properties, and our business grew from there.
Today, in addition to tenant placement, we offer design consultations that focus on enhancing properties to attract high-quality tenants, increase rental income, and improve the overall value of rental homes.
